Abaynesh recently graduated from the artificial insemination trainee program at Project Mercy's ChaCha farm in Ethiopia. The training lasts 45 days and helps students develop the necessary skills and knowledge to become Artificial Insemination Technicians.

Since completing her training, Abaynesh has been actively involved in the community for a year, providing artificial insemination services to local farmers. Her dedication and expertise have resulted in over 190 successful artificial inseminations within this period. Through her work, Abaynesh is contributing to the improvement of dairy production in the region and supporting the livelihoods of farmers.
