Inspiring Excellence: Belete Biratu's Dedication to Quality Education

Belete Biratu is the High School Principal at Medhane-Alem School in Yetebon and is a proud father of a boy and a girl. He has been the school’s principal for the last two years. 

"I grew up here, and because this is my home, I have to make sure we are providing the best education and care for our people because they are the future of this place,"

he says passionately. 

Belete’s local knowledge has been useful in having community buy-in and trust for the school and the students he serves.
